Erasmus+ Programme – The Welcoming Environment for Leading and Leadership

Claddagh National School is currently participating in the WELL project along with partner countries Czech Republic, Croatia, Portugal and Romania. It began in September 2022 and will continue until May 2024. The Well project aims to develop staff skills in creating safe, welcoming and caring learning environments in which pupils can grow and develop as individuals and community members. They will also feel respected and valued and have their specific talents and needs recognised.

The project facilitates the exchange of best practice between the partner countries in the areas of inclusivity, diversity and accessibility of innovative materials and initiatives for school leaders.
